It's a fun game - particularly with xbox one controller (I've tried Steam controller with a community build too). It feels like an old school 90s SNES/Sega game. The twitch integration is fun, and the story mode has different starting places depending on the character you choose.Overall I lost almost every game in multiplayer. It might take some time to get the hang of it, but once you do, it's extremely fun and satisfying!. Strikers Edge is the edgiest Medieval Dodgeball ever made. Its as simple as that. there's a ton of characters and each with its own abilities, special moves and individual story campaigns..You can play with your mates on PC, split screen, online, teamed up or against each other, all to see who sticks that last spear in first.. You can even destroy the plebs on playstation..7/7 would strike the edges again.. Great couch co-op game to play around with friends, the characters are fun to learn and improve and the matches can get quite intense. No problems with lag so far.. I need a rematch button! and some taunting! XDOverall i realy like the gameplay and the concept. And the graphics are just to good!. So, first of all, the game suffers from SOME lag (and a low playerbase).That set aside, though, the game is a blast to play with friends! You just never stop screaming at how close those spears can get to you. And when they get close enough and you're about to die, you dodge at the last moment and the slow-motion makes it look amazing.All in all, the game has the scope you'd expect from a small team. But it's a small team that's motivated to make this the best game they can, and they ARE listening to feedback.Pick it up. If you're looking for a different game, this is it.. Do not buy this game!Sadly while the game is fun it does not function properly with broken game modes and a dead online community.. online is dead and there is noticeable input lag, even offline.
